What is sold
allcounter sells licenses to macOS applications. Each app is bought once, not by subscription, and is delivered either as a direct download or through the Mac App Store depending on the edition. What each edition includes, and what it costs, is listed on its own product page: SPD-SX Editor and Logic Plugin Organizer.
When direct purchasing opens, a merchant of record may be named as the seller of record at checkout. If that happens, that company handles the payment and the invoice, and its name is shown to you before you pay.
Your license
Buying an app gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use it on Macs you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense it, and you may not reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law permits regardless of this section.
Delivery
Direct purchasing is not open yet, so nothing can be bought from this site at the moment. When it opens, you get the download and your license at the address you give at checkout.
Refunds
Apps bought directly from allcounter can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. The Refund Policy is the document that governs refunds, and this section does not restate it.
Warranty and liability
The apps are provided as they are. Your statutory consumer rights under Danish and EU law are not affected by anything on this page. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes what the website does with your data, and each app carries its own policy linked from its product page.
Governing law
Danish law applies to these terms. Nothing here removes or limits the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top of this page is when they last did.
