Refund Policy
Fourteen days, before you use your key
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying an app directly from allcounter, as long as you have not used the licence key. Once the key has been entered into the app, or 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund. Digital goods cannot be returned, and the free 14-day trial is the complete app, so please use it to decide before you buy. A refunded licence key is no longer valid and must be deleted.
Digital goods and your EU rights
EU consumer rules let a seller ask for your consent to deliver digital goods immediately, and with that consent your 14-day right of withdrawal is waived. allcounter asks for that consent at checkout. The free 14-day trial is the reason: you can try the complete app before you pay, so the decision is made before the purchase, not after.
What is not covered
This policy covers apps bought directly from allcounter. Apps bought through the Mac App Store are refunded by Apple under Apple’s own policy, and allcounter cannot process those refunds. The App Store edition is listed on the SPD-SX Editor page.
How to ask
Direct purchasing is not open yet, so there is nothing to refund at the moment. When it opens, every receipt carries a direct refund link, and using that link is the fastest way.
If the link does not work for you, open an issue on the support tracker for your app: SPD-SX Editor issues or Logic Plugin Organizer issues. These trackers are public, so do not put card numbers, receipts or any other payment details in an issue.
Timing
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. How long the money takes to appear is decided by your bank or card issuer, so this page does not promise a number of days it cannot control.
